We are Laurie & Sarah, the owners & principal photographers at Bliss Eleven. We love being able to share in the love of two individuals and we are so blessed to get to work with such wonderful people each day!
Based out of Saint Louis, Missouri, we both have been shooting weddings locally and internationally for over 15 years. We are not only partners but we are also good friends. We feel so lucky to be able to work side by side and we have so much fun doing it.
Our focus is to artistically capture the details, emotions and beauty of your wedding day. We have an eye for timeless elegance and a love for LOVE! It’s always an honor and a privilege to be able to work with our clients on one of the most important days of their lives.
We are also more than photographers who take beautiful pictures. Our job also includes curating the perfect timeline and helping any way that we can during the planning process. We know how important it is that you look your best and we are amazing at guiding you through relaxed posing and we know how to find the perfect light. We can often be seen behind the scenes bustling a dress or pinning on flowers and we will be there for you to lend some encouragement before you walk down the aisle or when you are getting ready to see each other for the first time.
We work closely with our couples to create an amazing experience they won’t soon forget and we tirelessly strive to deliver the highest quality of work that will be cherished year after year.

Here are some of the ways that we assure that you will have incredible service and photos from start to finish:
We always bring 2 lots of everything. 2-4 cameras, several memory cards, spare lenses, batteries, chargers, everything you can think of….we have got it covered.
We are part of an 'inner circle' of photographers in which we help each other out in case someone is sick or has an emergency, or some equipment fails.
We use cameras that allow us to capture photos onto 2 different memory cards. If one fails, there's a backup with no loss of quality.
All photos after taken are backed up 3x in automatic processes.
We are true professionals in every sense of the word. We will blend in seamlessly with your guests and we will make the task of getting all of your photos feel organized, fun and hassle free.

Hourly coverage is available for weddings 6 hours or less.
Hourly coverage rates start at $450 per hour and include the wedding day coverage with one photographer and all of the fully edited images delivered digitally with full print release.
Hourly coverage is also available as an add on to your wedding package at $450 per hour

We now offer video collections as well as photo. If you are interested in bundling video with your photography just let us know and we will send you all the details.

With years of training under our belts, we know how to pose and guide clients to make them feel relaxed while looking their very best. We are also very well versed in lighting so there is no condition or lighting situation we can’t handle.

Yes! Upon receiving your images you will also get a full print release and we do not limit the size of the print.

All of our wedding collections come with two photographers. If you book hourly coverage you can add an additional photographer for $400.

We respect your privacy and allow each client to decide on whether or not they want their photos displayed publicly. We’d love to show off you and your images but, only if you agree.

Although many of our sessions do get featured, this is not something that is guaranteed. Most publishers are interested in uniquely designed weddings and sessions.

Edits such as color correction, exposure and sharpening will be done to all of your images in your final gallery making them print ready. Images that you select for your album or images that are chosen by you for print will receive full, artistic edits.

Yes! From wedding planners to florists and DJs, we have worked with some of the best in the area. We would love to share their information with you!

Laurie uses all of the latest Canon equipment and Sarah uses Nikon cameras and lenses. We are usually seen photographing with two cameras during a wedding and we always have a backup camera ready to go. While we love the look of natural light we are well trained and ready to use on and off camera flash if the lighting calls for it.

Yes! We’ve photographed several in the past and we are more than happy to create a custom wedding collection to suit your travel needs.

A $1000 retainer and signed contract is required in order to get your wedding day on the calendar. The remainder of your balance is due two weeks prior to your wedding.
